Our Story
Please allow me to introduce myself, I am Lamar Belcher and I have lived in Orange County my entire life. I have always been an avid backyard BBQ guy and enjoyed cooking for my family and friends. During the summer months, you can find me on my boat, with my BBQ pit and during the winter, my pit and I are at the deer lease every chance we get.
I spent fifteen years working in local refineries until my love of cooking for others overtook my soul. I took a giant leap of faith by leaving the only job I had ever known and began cooking full time.
Over the past few years, I have cooked for events both small and quite large. I have, once again, decided to take another leap of faith and take my cooking skills to the next level.
I specialize in BBQ but can cook just about anything.
